California has chosen the painful route of FAFO.
Democrats are allowing for Texas' invasion for a reason.
It has quite a lot of potential, but time will tell if it can handle it's growth. I think we've already seen that California couldn't, but I don't see any reason that Texas will fair better. They still have wealthy homeowners who don't want dense housing or public transit so you see cities like Dallas where its nothing but parking lots which really won't be sustainable traffic wise as we have already seen with LA. The power grid still hasn't been properly weatherized to handle winter, with a similar problem on some of the houses. On top of that the political philosophy is one of independence which will discourage increased taxes or other things necessary to provide the cities with funding they need to build infrastructure. The only surprising thing is that homelessness is declining.
I only hope Texas doesn't end up like California.

Problem is the people leaving commiefornia are commies
You would think with all the energy supply Texans would hardly have an energy bill…so why aren't Texans benefitting from all rhis energy we source?
As we send our oil away to other countries the people in America suffer everywhere.
Boarder town, farm land, good laws, gun owning people. Pretty simple
Texas comeback was during Trump Presidency, Now under Biden remove all the headway and we are back buying oil from other countries.
As a texan just remember, just because you move here doesnt mean we WANT you to. Too many rude people coming here that just isnt welcome.
So when is Texas receding from the US. We obviously don't need the US Government. 😊😊

The problem is that the dbags from blue states, who already ruined their states are now moving to Texas. Means that texas will end up getting screwed over if more blue fools keep moving there.
It's almost as if lower taxes, and practical regulations lead to economic growth and prosperity. Weird. Maybe California should be taking notes, perhaps they would go bankrupt less often.
Property tax in TX sucks, it’s more than CA.
