Eat plus if you look at the price okay so it’s 28 for all you can eat barbecue if you get a brisket plate it’s already 20 dollars so why not shout out for the extra nine dollars you get all you can eat pork ribs and sausage i think is a good deal This is it plate number one fatty brisket smoked sausage pork rib little slaw a little potato salad some beans okay this stuff that’s the diversion i’m too smart for that mission today focus on the meat i’ll take a little taste that’s gonna be trouble it’s really good potato salad

Mmm that’s really good coleslaw very vinegary plush sesame to give it a nice aroma means i’m not into at all so that’s not going to get to me glistening fatty pieces of brisket fight almost makes me want to cry and this is very unique something i never had in any barbecue place before

The meat is very snappy it does a really good job melting as well because of the high fat content but the meat texture is way different than any other place i’ve been to love the sauce super peppery add some of the spicy barbecue sauce as well that sausage already delicious add some

Recommended this place i had to try the dry look at this outdoor dining as far as the eye can see loving me some outdoor dining so a lot of sliced chicken of course herbs veggies cilantro oh tons of what looks like soy sauce soaked pieces of chicken

I wish the noodles weren’t so stuck together and then she told me to get this this is a bone marrow broth wow all right this looks intense you could blow on this and the meat will just fall apart i don’t know if i’m supposed to actually drink this or just eat the meat

I never had something like this before i’ve had dried food before of course but never had something with sliced chicken inside gosh delicious roast chicken covered in sauce and the sauce is predominantly soy sauce so you just get that bomb umami flavor that’s a umami bomb

Well the soup is good too wow that’s actually pretty salty and concentrated definitely get you a drink before you dive into this i’m really curious about this this bone marrow stuff and you can get this with a baguette where you can just get it on its own trying to cut down some carbs

This thing is like seven dollars this is so welcoming because for me like i love barbecue i need asian food whether that’s vegan food korean food japanese food whatever i need some asian food i need some noodles some rice some dumplings in my stomach at least every third day
