Good video but Watauga is not pronounced "Wattooga" but is pronounced "Watarga" I live in Keller next town over from Watauga for 13 years and have several friends that live in Watauga.

I'm shocked that my hometown of Abilene, TX hasn't made any of these lists. We were featured in Forbes magazine once as being one of the best places in the country to retire because our median home price and cost of living are so low. Beef and gas have always been very cheap here as well.
The only downside is the high property taxes in TX.

The only problem with the panhandle towns is the winters. It's FLAT!!! When it gets cold wind chills can reach -20+.
