To ensure a smooth shopping experience, please review our shipping policy below.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Timeframes:

Within the United States: Standard shipping is available at a flat rate of $4.99 for all orders.
Delivery typically takes 3-10 business days from the date of shipment.
Outside the United States: For international orders that do not meet the $99 free shipping threshold, standard shipping is available at a flat rate of $7.99. Delivery times vary depending on the destination, but they are typically 7-14 business days from the date of shipment.

Free Shipping Threshold:

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $99 within the United States.
No promo code is required; the discount will automatically apply at checkout.

Order Processing Time:

Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing before shipment.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

Shipping Restrictions:

We currently ship to addresses within the United States and select international destinations.
However, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
We will ship to county road addresses that are sometimes delivered to postal boxes but this will be at the buyer’s risk. If your order is lost or not deliverable we will not be responsible for a refund or the lost items. (Sorry, Texas and the rural West have way too many. )

Order Changes and Cancellations:

If you need to make changes to your order or cancel it after it has been placed. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your service order number. We will do our best to accommodate your request. But please note that once an order has been processed for shipment, we may be unable to make changes or cancellations.

Lost or Damaged Shipments:

In the rare event that your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team immediately with your service order number. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive a satisfactory resolution.

Customs and Duties (for International Orders):

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
Some domestic products require parts and materials from international suppliers. Due to this and recent carrier, product, and trade disputes, some products may have delays or possible price adjustments. This is beyond the New Texas Republic’s control and hope we can get your consideration in these random situations.
