Hey y’all! Forgive my lyric mistake! Should’ve been “There's still time for you to finish your wineThen you should probably leave.” I aim to make things as accurate as possible, but sometimes I mess up! Hahaha. Thanks for the support!
Lol he was a nerd and some record executive put a cowboy hat and a beard on him. Now the dude can get laid funny how money makes the world go round.😂😂😂
I'm in Ashland ky born an raised. An HR from Lexington and 30 or so min from Paintsville. Dwight Yokam is from Johnson Co also. Loretta Lynn and Crystal Gail, which are sisters are from Butcher Hollar in Paintsville. Billy Ray Cyrus is from my area. My mom used to sing with at the old Ragtime bar. Then opened up for him yrs later at our Paramount here in town. The Judds are from Ashland also. Theres a lot more from Rt 23 highway. Montgomery Gentry from lexington area as well as John Micheal Montgomery. So this area is country as can be an an amzing place to grow up at. 50yrs of watching HOF musians come out of my area is an amzing thing to do. Theres nothing but fishing an hunting which is the best thing to do in life. Chris used to play with Steeldrivers bluegrass band and used to go see them all the time at all bluegrass festivals arnd this area. Come visit if coming thru here. You wont be let down.
He’s def one of my faves, loved this thank you! Not sure if I missed it, but I didn’t hear you talk about Cold, at CMA. Thats when I first heard Chris and it blew my mind. That performance was out of this world. So many faves I love that you mentioned, good taste 😊
I'm Brazilian and the fist time I heard Chris was 7 years ago. As soon as the fist melody of "parachute" came on my speaker, I got hooked. It's a shame people here doesn't know him (yet). It would be fucking awesome watch him in Barretos, at the annual country festival that receive more than 1 million people and had already Shania Twain singing to 55 thousand people in 2018.
Working class isn't really accurate, his dad was an engineer and I don't think he worked during highschool or college, he was very busy doing sports. That's all fine but don't call him working class. He was definitely not 19 with a union card and a wedding coat. I am very glad he is with us today and don't get me wrong he is one of my favorite musicians. Just dont try to hide the truth. There is nothing wrong with the truth.
Justiine Timberlake river stream whatever it is a joke, so what he learned to play the guitar, but try's so hard to appear he is just a natural, Prince no less.Chris is a legend he has grown into himself of course want to crack the scene 15 years ago before he release Traveler, but that is life, that was his journey, what made me mad actually was when Luke Try Hard whatever his last name is said at the Grammies "And they liked what he had to say" WHAT ! what do u mean, he is not a poet, he is a singer song writer a major force in the country western Genre (Pronounced Zonra) and u do not have the dignity or balls to say " And they Loved what he had to say and especially his voice" what a joke the world is full of jokes, But Chris is not one of them he is the real deal and so is his wife the best backing singer i have ever heard.
Wow great video! I first saw Chris a couple years ago he opened for George Straight and was blown away. Have front row tickets to see him this April here in Minneapolis and can't wait!
I love just about everything Chris Stapleton releases, but what really stands out to me is the two albums he cut with The Steeldrivers. Not a bad song on either one. But im a Bluegrass nut. Thanks for the video. Very well done, just not long enough. LOL
Hey, Andrew! Great video! I love Chris Stapleton's music! He's so down to earth! What about doing a video on Marcus King? He's awesome! Greetings from Argentina!!
I'm from the UK and saw Chris at Country to Country at the O2 London, he was fantastic, we have tickets to see him again this year, what a fantastic voice and such a humble man. Millionaire was our father daughter dance, when my daughter got married. I listen to his albums almost every day.
Chris is an awesome Talent, but, what he did with the National Anthem at the Super Bowl, maaaaan that was incredible. I can't find the right words to describe this Version, this was insane. I think everyone felt like an american in this moment 😃 me and my wife were sitting in front of the tv, in the middle of the night here in austria and then chris just blew us away. A moment, i will never forget

I can’t BELIEVE you didn’t mention “Cold” 😩😩 he used an entire orchestra in that song 🔥
Why is he always looking to the left while singing?

It was George Jones not David Allen Coe who originally recorded Tennessee Whiskey
wonder, where all this footage comes from…and such excellent picture-quality of it.
