I'm a California native who followed my wallet to Texas. My disposable income doubled and I was able to buy a home. I moved back to California a year later. I've been all over Europe, South America, Canada, and every state but two and Texans, by far, are the most WILLFULLY ignorant people on the planet. It was frightening. They live in a self-imposed vacuum of unsubstantiated pride and stupidity, mostly exacerbated by religious intolerance, hypocrisy, and entitlement. If all you care about is money, Texas might be the place for you. But, if you want to live in an open, free society, that values individualism, tolerance, and acceptance, please, stay away from Texas, and the South in general.
They should do a series of California to Florida. Cause Cali and FL are similar but politics are different
